2011 EUROPE TEACHER TRAINING

I am delighted that you have taken an interest as the first step to discovering the power of proper unified technical flow theory. yuna yoga in Graz, Austria, will be hosting the European Yogic Arts Teacher Training (www.yuna.at).
In Level One: Complete Foundation, we will focus on Counter Spiral Structuring and Wave Motion Technology, with an emphasis on correct warrior stance structuring, how all standing poses are born from these poses, and how the breath motion connects them. Adjustments and philosophy will play a large part of the program.
Level Two: Pure Flow, we will explore more advanced vinyasic movement based adjustments and expand on the flow sequencing to include more arm balancing poses, and how to deconstruct and present them to a broader audience, ie: the mass beginner community out there, which includes most 'advanced students' :) One of the main distinct advances that my work provides, exists in the Budo (martial arts) more solid stance structures, and mudras (hand structure technology), and body work (Thai-Shiatsu pressure point) applications and sensibility; especially in terms of adjustments and sourcing power in our own practice and during demonstrations in a class context.

Both courses will be my best works ever presented, as the most current exploration together in the field of healing movement technology. I sense we are embarking on a new journey into the unknown from a familiar place of new power, that through our ongoing interaction, will transform the face of Europe and world, for times to come.
