  Thank you for generously taking the time to contact your concerned worldwide family. As I read your post with relief, your comment about renewable energy reminds me of the messages and opportunities that nature gives us constantly, sometimes quietly, sometimes loudly, about the choices we have in regards to living more in harmony with the Earth, as well as within ourselves. I wish everyone strength, empowerment and hope among the feelings of helplessness and sorrow that follow such immense and continuing tragedy. Prayers and positive energy to you.

    Amber no words more true can be said. I am grateful that you took the time to respond. Japan is on the mend and the world is watching with support and the intensity to transform a catastrophic situation into a hidden and blessed healing.

  Sensei,

  I sent you a message a couple of weeks ago hoping that you had not been affected by the disaster, despite having not meant I worried for you. I am happy to hear you are alright and offering your strength and thoughts to survivors.
  Scotland is sending love to you every class and we will be amassing funds after classes to send on to the humanitarian effort.
  The world is still crying out at the loss of animal and human life, and even at a distance we can feel that grief.
